If you are running a class for ANG, EGA or Shop Class. I would suggest you construct the FOB with will take the fasted stitcher 1 hour & the slowest stitcher 3 hours to finish.   Everyone will be so happy to finish something in class.  The 'speedy ladies' will have finished the CASE too!
